Return & Refund Policy

At Pers, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads or digital content
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The item is defective
    • The wrong item was sent

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


TikTok Shop Orders

If your order was placed through TikTok Shop:

  • Returns and refunds must be processed directly through TikTok
  • TikTok’s return policies and timelines will apply
  • Please initiate your return through your TikTok order page
